Маша Кравченко (Old Russia with Masha) и Юля Забежайло (moscow.march.mood) – две подруги, увлеченные историей и архитектурным наследием. В 2023 году девушки приобрели старый полузаброшенный дом в деревне Пустынь Костромской области. В начале XX века он принадлежал семье зажиточного офицера Якова Легодумова и с тех пор почти не подвергался реставрации и ремонту.

«Небомживы»: почему люди оказываются на улице и как им можно помочь

У села Ижевское в Рязанской области необычная история. В 1820-е, за 30 лет до отмены крепостного права, местные крестьяне выкупили себя у помещика и вплоть до появления СССР занимались самоуправлением. Из того периода осталось множество артефактов, фотографий и предметов быта свободных крестьян.

Краевед и журналист Никита Гирин и экскурсовод Андрей Мекрунов переехали в Ижевское несколько лет назад, чтобы по крупицам восстановить историческое и культурное наследие села, открыть музей и сделать Ижевское новым местом притяжения туристов и горожан.

Ведущие подкаста Катя Дыба и Дима Петров поговорили с Никитой, Андреем и другими жителями Ижевского, чтобы понять, что заставляет людей возвращаться из мегаполисов в родные края, как небольшие села превращаются в туристические центры и нужно ли это местным жителям.

「歷史街區」有時候也稱為「古蹟區」，至於凱達格蘭大道，通常也以「凱道」簡稱。「凱道」可說是臺灣在1987年解除戒嚴以後，最常被各類團體、不同人士申請借用的公共空間，除了國慶典禮以外、政治性的集會遊行、類似嘉年華會的民間團體活動，乃至於歲末天寒、為貧困街友辦理的大型尾牙宴，都會在這個空間及周邊舉行。不過，其實「凱道」以前的路名叫「介壽路」，甚至更早以前，清代及日本時代，「凱道」位於街區名稱叫「文武街」或「文武町」的範圍內。  第二次世界大戰結束後，日本投降、結束在臺灣的殖民統治。1946年10月，為了慶祝國民政府主席蔣中正六十大壽，除了將前一年、1945年受到「臺北大空襲」炸壞了的臺灣總督府大樓整修為「介壽館」以外，館前道路也更名為「介壽路」。「介壽路」的名稱據說源自於《詩經》：「以介眉壽」的典故，如果我們用比較白話文的方式來說，大概就是祝福國民政府主席蔣中正、蔣介石，「福如東海、壽比南山」。雖然在今天民主時代的臺灣，或許感覺不可思議，不過歷史學家向來強調「同情的理解」，也就是說，同不同意是一回事，但是可以體會當時的人為什麼這麼作。1996年3月時任臺北市長的陳水扁，將「介壽路」改名「凱達格蘭大道」，旁邊的廣場則改名為凱達格蘭廣場，名稱來源就是為了此處是「最早的臺北人」臺灣原住民族、平埔族--凱達格蘭族(Kedagalang)生活棲息之地，以此命名來象徵重視及尊重臺灣原住民族的歷史文化。不過，眼尖的民眾可能會發現，其實「凱道」兩旁的派出所、公園，仍然沿用「介壽」這個名稱。  今天「凱道」本身及兩邊區域，已經形成「歷史街區」。「凱道」的西端，是中華民國的總統府(原來的日本時代臺灣總督府)，東端則是1884年(光緒10年)清朝建造的臺北城的東門(景福門)。另外，「凱道」由西向東，右邊的路旁則有白色恐怖政治受難者紀念碑、介壽公園及介壽公園裡面的前國民政府主席林森(1868-1943)的銅像。左邊路旁、坐落二二八和平紀念公園(原先的日本時代臺北公園，老一輩臺北人稱新公園)、還有臺北賓館(日本時代臺灣總督府官邸，現由外交部用來招待國賓或辦理慶祝活動)。值得一提的是，二二八和平紀念公園內，史蹟眾多，相關二二八歷史遺產之外，不但有清代天后宮遺跡、急公好義坊，日本時代到戰後初期棒球場也曾位在公園內(就位於今天國立臺灣博物館後方，不過現在則是成為五位歷史人物紀念亭：孫文，鄭成功，劉銘傳，丘逢甲，連橫)，還有一座號稱臺灣第一的土地公廟「二二八公園福德宮」(因為土地公的神威範圍包括總統府)，或許有空可以一探究竟。  「凱道」的名稱提醒我們，臺灣最早的主人翁其實是比漢人更早來臺灣的原住民族。有興趣的人，或許可以上網原住民族委員會查找，目前依據法令、被正式承認為臺灣原住民族的16族，是哪16族。 ----- 主持人：臺北市立大學教授  張弘毅 ----- Apple｜Spotify｜Google｜KKBOX｜Firstory｜SoundOn 搜尋訂閱：藝文保育特區 ----- ▍教育電臺 ▍官網:https://bit.ly/39ISswV ▍Channel+頻道:https://bit.ly/3HgGgSW ▍粉絲團:https://bit.ly/nerpodcastlink ▍線上收聽:https://bit.ly/3cyxBhE

Danny is the Senior Provisional Psychologist at Mirikai, a live-in Rehab facility on the Gold Coast for people who are struggling with Addiction, or as they say, ‘Substance Use Disorder'. He provides and coordinates psychotherapy services for clients and residents, and also, casually, flies to Africa to stop illegal poachers from killing wildlife… This is a really cool conversation about the nature of addiction and mental health in general, and he gives a great overview of what services are available, right now, for people who are struggling with substance use, including support for their families. To stay at one of these facilities, run by a company called “Lives Lived Well“, it only costs 85% of the Centrelink Benefit, so it's absolutely affordable for those in need. But not everyone wants or needs to go to a live-in centre, so it was cool to know that there are a bunch of different options available through Lives Lived Well for anyone impacted by addiction. Closure Optional Ep. 75 – Danny McStay, Provisional Psychologist at Lives Lived Well

Jenny is a Cannabis Activist, and is probably best known for the 3-year court battle she recently faced for supplying free Cannabis Oil to sick people in Australia. She learned how to make the oil in order to manage her own chronic pain, and because the benefits were so tangible, she started helping others with a whole variety of other medical issues. Word spread fast and eventually she was overwhelmed with demand from desperate people all over the country looking for help until her home was raided by police in 2017. This is a great conversation about what she learned, the kinds of healing she saw, and some ideas about why Cannabis legalisation is met with so much resistance in Australia.
