Ich versuche schon so lange ich denken kann herauszufinden, wie man wirklich so leben kann, wie man es selber möchte. Dabei schaue ich auf dutzende Fehltritte, Phasen der Hilfosigkeit, Selbstversuche, Verirrungen, Unbewusstheiten und große Portionen an Selbstsabotage zurück. Aber, auch auf viele Learnings, tolle Erkenntnisse und das Verständnis dafür, dass wir nie DIE Wahrheit wissen werden. Umso wichtiger ist es, UNSERE Wahrheit klar zu kriegen und zu leben. Hier soll es um Selbstermächtigung gehen und die Lust am lernen und denken. Aber auch um Bewusstseinserweiterung und das Fühlen- im Grunde um die Verbindung von Körper und Geist. Wir haben viel zu tun und unser Alltag ist mehr als vollgestopft. Deswegen kommen die Episoden in diesem Podcast in knackiger Form. Alltagsgerecht und hoffentlich inspirierend. Wir dürfen verstehen, dass schon kleine Veränderungen und etwas mehr Präsenz im day-to-day Wahnsinn, Gamechanger sein können. Also: Viel Spaß! Und nicht vergessen: immer schön durchziehen!:)

I'm Jesica ( yes its spelled right- only 1 S in my name ) Bush your host, however, this podcast is for you and I am honored to be here to share my traumas, brokenness, anger, and pain. My battle with addiction and my recovery. Being abused, being angry, being given up on, and being broken. I will be sharing about all the pains, trauma, and shit show of a life I was raised in... from using drugs with my beautiful mother to losing her to fentanyl- going to jail in my 40s, raising three boys now at the ages 25, 13, and 5. I will be sharing how I spent over 7 years incarcerated from age 19- 26 and how I have learned to turn my pain into power.I will be sharing all my ugly and showing you how I found beauty in my pain.
