Over the past five years, home prices have appreciated dramatically. Today, I’d like to take a look at where they are now and what we can expect from the future. Buying a home? Click here to perform a full home search Selling a home? Click here for a FREE Home Price Evaluation Today, we’re going to take a look at where home prices were five years ago and where they are now. It’s hard to believe what a difference those few years made.  From December of 2012 until December of 2017, home prices increased 37.4% on a national level. Local appreciation varied between states, as you can see in the graphic I’ve included in the video above, but the overall change constituted a fantastic recovery.   In Virginia, prices appreciated by 15% over that five-year span. Florida, which had been heavily affected by the crash, saw an appreciation of 46% over that same period. Even more impressively, Nevada saw an appreciation of 66%.  There isn’t one state that has gone backward, so we are definitely trending in the right direction. For all of you out there who love data, you can find some additional information on price projects here.  “ It looks as though home prices will continue to appreciate for the foreseeable future. ” One thing I do want to note, though, is that economists predict prices to increase by an additional 18.2% over the next five years. The Bulls are actually predicting a 27.4% increase, while the Bears predict an increase of 8.3%. Ultimately, all of this is dependant upon the global economy. If unforeseen circumstances arise, these predictions could change.  Still, so far it looks as though home prices will continue to appreciate for the foreseeable future. This means that right now is a great time to buy while prices are still low. It’s also a great time to list, since now is one of the best times to move up in years. Appreciation Rates: Where They Were, Where They Are, and Where They're Going

Many are concerned that we’re about to see another housing bubble, but is this really the case? As this trend continues, many are wondering when it will stop. Is a housing bubble on the horizon? According to economists, the next housing bubble isn’t expected to hit until 2024. This means there are six years to prepare.  Freddie Mac’s chief economist Sean Becketti has said, “The evidence indicates there currently is no house price bubble in the U.S., despite the rapid increase of house prices over the last five years.”  Other economists have shared similar opinions. Christopher Thornberg, a partner at Beacon Economics, says “There is no direct or indirect sign of any kind of bubble.”  “ The rise in prices is something buyers are certainly paying attention to. ” While we may not be headed for a bubble in the near future, the rise in prices is something buyers are certainly paying attention to. Of course, there’s no way to accurately predict what will happen to our market or our economy.  Also, interest rates are going up for the first time in years. How Soon Is the Next Housing Bubble?

Now is a great time to buy in our market. This fact also makes it a great time to sell. Buying a home? Click here to perform a full home search Selling a home? Click here for a FREE Home Price Evaluation Now is a great time to buy a home in our market, and because of that, it’s also a great time to sell. Let me explain. For the first time in years, mortgage rates are going up significantly. Why? Because the economy is improving significantly. There’s a direct correlation there—as the economy improves, interest rates rise. If you’re a buyer and you want to get the cheapest financing possible to buy your home, you need to buy now. Freddie Mac is forecasting that interest rates will be close to 5% by the end of the year. Take advantage of this situation before the spring market hits. Buyers need to act quickly and start buying homes, but there’s very little inventory available out there. There are more buyers than there are homes to sell, which is what makes now a great opportunity to sell as well. If you list now, you won’t have nearly as much competition as you would in the spring. Furthermore, according to the National Association of Realtors’ Chief Economist, Lawrence Yun, “The pool of interested buyers at the end of the year significantly outweighed what was available for sale.” Now is the perfect storm for buying and selling, so if you’re thinking about doing either, take advantage of this situation before the spring market hits. What Makes Now the Perfect Time to Buy or Sell in Our Market?

The National Association of Realtors just released the 2017 edition of their Home Buyers and Sellers Profile. Let’s look over what their surveys found. Buying a home? Click here to perform a full home search Selling a home? Click here for a FREE Home Price Evaluation Each year, the National Association of Realtors releases a profile of buyers and sellers. They’ve just recently put out the 2017 edition of this profile, and I’m excited to go over it with you today. After surveying buyers and sellers from across the country, the Association found that 60% of respondents feel that Realtors have helped them to better understand the real estate process. Also, 56% of respondents stated that their agent was honest in pointing out flaws with listings they visited during their home search. This openness is something I really encourage in the agents I work with. I would much rather see an agent talk a buyer out of a home that isn’t right for them than see a deal be made. There is a lot of value in working with a Realtor during your real estate transaction. Another statistic listed in the profile was that 47% of respondents felt their agent negotiated better terms for their sales contract. Additionally, 46% of respondents felt they had better access to service providers such as home inspectors thanks to the help of their agent. 44% of buyers also felt their knowledge of search areas was improved with the help of their Realtor. This just goes to show why it’s important to hire a Realtor. Finally, 38% felt their Realtors negotiated a better price. The respondents for this last statistic came from both buyers and sellers. As you can see, there is a lot of value in working with a Realtor during your real estate transaction. What Do Buyers and Sellers Across the Country Really Think of Their Realtors?

Scammers have been hacking into a title company’s email or Realtor’s email to steal money from homebuyers. What can you do to avoid this scam? Buying a home? Click here to perform a full home search Selling a home? Click here for a FREE Home Price Evaluation The latest scam in real estate is affecting a lot of people. I wanted to make sure that you are aware of it and go over a few ways you can avoid it. When you go through the process of closing on a home, there is a lot of interaction between you, your real estate agent, and the title company. These scammers are hacking into either the title company’s email account or the Realtor’s email account. They watch all of this sensitive information going back and forth. Once they are inside the real estate agent’s account, they can effectively take over the agent’s identity and email false wiring instructions to homebuyers. Once the buyer wires the money to the new account the hacker made, the hacker takes the money and runs. Since the hacker used the real estate agent’s email or the title company’s email, most buyers don’t know what’s happened until their money is gone. What can you do to avoid this scam? The most important thing to remember is that we will never ever ask you to send funds or a copy of a check via email. We won’t do it, and the title companies we represent won’t do it. We will never ask you to send funds via email. We’ve heard some nightmares about $50,000, $60,000, and $70,000 closing checks that are stolen because of hacked email accounts. If you get an email that appears to be from your Realtor or title company asking you to send sensitive account information via email, don’t do it. Call your Realtor to let them know what’s going on. Do as much as you can over the phone. I know that we hate talking on the phone these days, but make sure you call your Realtor or title company or handle things in person in order to avoid email whenever possible. I also recommend that you work with a Realtor and title company that uses an encrypted service for their email. We are moving in this direction to protect ourselves and our clients. Although we will never ask you to send funds via email, there is just too much sensitive information floating around. We want to protect our clients, so we are encrypting everything that we do. Ultimately, make sure you never send any sensitive financial account information over the web, and certainly don’t send it over email. That is the best way to avoid this latest scam. When you first received your real estate license you had one goal: stay busy, busy, busy so you can expand your business. The problem is, you may be so busy now that you don't have any time for yourself - you may have such a busy schedule that you feel a vacation is out of the question. I'm here to tell you that it isn't - that it's indeed possible, and probably good for your business in the long run, to take time away from work and clear your head. You may think it will be tough, that you have too many clients that rely on you. You need to understand that other people can do just as good a job as you, it's simply a matter of finding a competent and dedicated person you can trust.  But how could they possible replace the knowledge and skills you bring to the table? It's as simple as making the necessary preparations before you leave, so your fill-in can handle the day-to-day operations of your team. Here's how you can prepare your team for your absence and ensure your clients are in good hands while you are away: Make sure you have the pertinent details wrapped up for all the parties involved. You need to have detailed instructions for all the parties involved in a transaction, from the closing attorney to the termite people. They need to know exactly what is going on in the transaction.  Don't leave your clients with a surprise. Make sure everyone you are currently working with is aware that you will be out of town, and that there are a lot of people "in the know" that can provide help while you're away. Have a lengthy conversation with the mortgage lender if you are representing a buyer. Make sure everyone knows exactly how much money needs to be brought to the table for any closings that may happen while you're away. Make sure all the numbers are known and agreed upon if you are representing a seller. You need to make sure you know the exact amount the seller needs to bring to the table or the check that they will receive at closing. Settle communication between parties before you leave town. Make sure all the right people are in touch and that lines of communication are open and functional. Give your backup person all pertinent files with the details of each transaction. The worst thing you can do is leave town thinking you'll get everything worked out at closing. By preparing your staff adequately, you can ensure it's business as usual while you're enjoying your vacation. You want to do everything in your power to put things in order before you leave so you are able to relax while you're away. Now you can start making preparations so you can enjoy some time for yourself before summer ends. One of the most common questions I am asked is, “What does it take to be a successful real estate agent?” In our field of work, success is determined by profits. So what is the key to becoming a successful agent who brings in a 6-figure income? I am here to tell you. The more effort you put into learning strategies and techniques for selling will directly correlate to your income. Here are some helpful tips to get you started. The #1 key to become a 6-figure agent is the ability to make connections with people. People like fellow agents, prospective clients, or clients you already have. As real estate agents we have a duty to put our customer’s interest above all else.  Another important factor is converting leads. It is important to have a steady stream of leads, but those leads aren’t worth anything if you can’t convert them to sales. Referrals are also an important aspect of becoming a 6 figure agent. If you have the ability to make a connection with your clients and treat them well, they will trust you to do the same for their family and friends.  In a crowded field like real estate, being memorable is essential. If you are in a big market, sometimes you are competing with thousands of other agents. You have to do things a little differently to stand out amongst that crowd. Looking to buy in Beverly Hills?  Get a full home search  Looking to Sell in Beverly Hills?  Get a free home value report Today we are going to talk about how to handle multiple offer situations in Beverly Hills. When you receive multiple offers on your home, there are a few different ways you can approach the situation. First, you can counter all the other offers. Ask all the buyers’ agents to submit their highest and best offer by a specific date. Another option you have is sifting through all the offers and simply picking the one or two strongest to counter. If one offer is clearly better than all the others, you might want to go ahead and accept that one right away. Here’s what you should be looking for in a strong offer. First off, you want very strong supporting documents, which include a current proof of funds and a current pre-approval verification. On top of that, we want our lender to cross-approve the buyer to make sure they are financially capable. When you are a seller dealing with multiple offers, don’t just look at the numbers. You also have to look at the terms and evaluate the offer as a whole. Often times, people will try to trap the seller with an attractive price, only to load up on the contingencies. We don’t want that. We want to see the entire agreement, looking at the price as well as all the terms. We also want to see who is representing the buyer and make sure they have a good track record. At the end of the day, you want a smooth transaction as well as the highest and best offer. Every situation is unique, however. 2023年8月27日逛西西弗书店时偶然发现《提分：清北学霸高分29招》这本小书，立刻被吸引住了，站着看完了小半本。回家后迫不及待地把它和廖恒写的另两本书《极简学习法》《英语极简学习法》都找来通读。虽然已经毕业工作多年，但我仍对这类方法论感兴趣，因为它正是我年少时特别想知道的。一方面是因为我现在自学古代汉语的方法：精选并精读一本书，搞懂其中的所有字句，最后输出一篇读后感，是暗合《极简学习法》大原则（输入、理解、输出），又符合《英语极简学习法》中的小原则（精读是最主要的学习英语和语文的方法）；另一方面，我希望为我女儿的学习引路。在应试方面，这三本书提供了很贴心的方法论指导，从小学照顾到高考，贯穿整个应试教育阶段。

我写这篇读后感的目的不是要推荐书，而是在用“输出”来整理自己的读书所得，更好地掌握学到的方法，如廖恒所说学到一个方法就要马上去用三遍。我这也算是第一遍了，接着还可以在我自己学习古文的过程中再用一遍，引导女儿的过程中再用一遍，一共三遍。

站在《提分：清北学霸高分29招》《极简学习法》和《英语极简学习法》三本书的角度，我打算分四个部分复述我学到的内容。

第一部分先讲立志，学习的动力来源于明确清晰的目标。我的目标是学会古代汉语，在这个目标下分解小目标，然后设计学习路径，我女儿的目标是发明长生不老药，也要往前分解出小目标，一步步接地气。

第二部分讲考试是有范围，有方法，有阶段的，站在考上好大学的终点向前看待小、初、高12年的学习，则可以将其分出阶段，分出各阶段的侧重性。

第三部分讲提高学习效率的方法。大的原则是“输入、理解、输出”，这是学习任何东西的本质方法，贯穿始终。小方法有很多，如28定理、33法则、倒推思维、错题集等。

第四部分讲如何长期保持学习。学习不是靠自律，要靠习惯，不要在小事上和自己精神内耗。学习要多给自己正反馈，形成正循环。

现在开始正文部分。

一、 立志学习，目标支持动力

学习的目的要明确，要把目标进行解构，分成一个个可能实现的小目标，这为持续努力提供动力。比如可以把女儿的发明长生不老药的伟大梦想进行分解。国内外癌症研究、遗传学研究、生命科学等方向，哪个是对发明长寿药最有前景的研究方向？可能是遗传学。

然后往前推：找到这个领域的专家，比如北京老年医学研究所遗传室主任杨泽、德国长寿医学研究中心负责人迪特·普罗格、哈佛大学保罗·F·格伦生物衰老生物学中心主任大卫·辛克莱尔（David Sinclai）、美国罗切斯特大学医学中心神经科学系教授塞尔吉· 纳托基。

往前推：女儿需要考上什么大学的什么专业，可能是哈佛大学的遗传学系、罗切斯特大学医学中心神经科学系、北京大学医学院、复旦大学遗传学等。

往前推：要考上上述专业，要学好数学（微积分）、英语、生物、化学。

往前推：在上海的高考分至少580以上。

往前推：需要考上头部高中。

比如把我的学习古文的目标分解，学会古文的标准是掌握常用古代字词，看得懂大多数古代文献，能写文言文。

往前推：精读完经典古文，疏通所有字词，并写读后感。

二、中、高考是一场有边界的战争。

中、高考是有考试范围、考试要求和考试形式的，比的不是谁实际会的多，而是谁在考试范围内不会的少，所以要明确考试大纲要求，用倒推思维以终为始，要把考试边界范围内的知识一点点全部吸收掉。

把小、初、高12年看成整体，因为语文是所有学科的基础，而英语早期学习效果最好，所以在小、初阶段的9年时间应对语文和英语多投入时间，重点解决，集中时间学，超前学，往深了学，要人为提高难度，先升维，再降维，实现“降维打击”。在小、初阶段，数学只要跟着老师学，按部就班吃透教材，注重知识消化，打好基础，一步一脚印即可。

总结起来就是小、初搞定文科，高中搞定理科。

三、提高学习效率的方法

总的来说，提高学习效率的方法遵循“输入、理解、输出”的大原则。这三个环节是循环往复，相辅相成的。在平时，核心是理解，输入和输出都是为了更好地理解。而在中、高考时，输入和理解是为了在考试中取得最佳输出。利用已有的理解来联系输入可以加快输入速度，借助输出倒逼输入可以强化输入效果，通过输出来检验理解可以加深理解。如果没有输入，理解和输出就成了无源之水。三者不能彼此割裂，是你中有我，我中有你的关系。

在输入端：

输入的方式据我的理解有：读教材、听课堂教学、看考试大纲、与老师和同学的讨论交流（既是输入也是输出）和泛读课外书等。

要充分用好两件法宝：一个是教材，一个是真题。

在输入端，教材是重中之重，要以教材为主，精读教材、读透教材，小字也绝不能放过。课堂教学、考试大纲、与老师和同学的讨论交流都是依托教材的。课堂是老师讲解教材的地方，目的是为帮助学生深入理解教材；考试大纲为教材划定考试范围和重点；与老师和同学的讨论交流也是为了更好地读懂教材。所以，在输入端要投入80%的精力来精读教材。

提高学习能力的关键在于学习教材。教材就如正餐能保证身体成长所需的主要营养，能保证我们的知识体系不断壮大，为学习能力提高提供主要营养；而课外书则如水果能使身体更加健康，使知识体系更健康。随着学习能力的提高，我们能更轻松地泛读课外书，从而促进知识体系更加完善健壮，所以，在时间有限的情况下，在输入端，只用20%的精力来泛读课外书就可以了。

在理解端：

如何理解吃透教材，有四字真言：透、全、串、多。

透：理解通透，知道为什么。对于教材上的知识点、定理、公式等基础知识要吃透，不仅要知道，要记住，更要知道为什么。公式要自己推导出来，定理要明白背后的逻辑，只有从根上明白了，才能真正做到灵活应用。

全：不留疑点，颗粒归仓。教材上的知识点、例题、注释，没有一个地方是无效的。教材的每一个地方，都要完全弄明白，不要觉得注释的小字不重要。要有颗粒归仓的意志，做到全部掌握，不留下疑点。要步步为营，集中时间和力量攻克一个知识点，不要放过，不要有畏难情绪，要敢于跳出舒适区，不要回避自己不懂的知识，这样才能避免无效的假学习、假努力。要对知识点进行穷尽式学习，专题刷题，直到真正学会，再学下一个。如果在攻克难题时遇到困难，要想尽办法攻克，可以先回去重新看教材，看教材解决不了，可以去找老师同学帮助，总之一定不能放过。

串：形成体系，把知识串起来。因为知识都是系统的，任何一本教材都有自己的知识体系，一个最简单的方法，就是读目录，可以看到这本教材分为哪些部分，每个部分之间是怎样的关系，每个部分下面又有小部分。更高阶的做法是，合上书，拿出一张纸，画出这本书的知识结构图，边画边想每个部分中的具体知识。形成体系，让知识与知识之间变得有联系，就能更高层次地掌握它。

多：不断重复，一次又一次。经典是值得反复阅读的，教材要经常翻看，当做题遇到困难时，可以去教材中查对应的知识点，原来是自己没有把这个知识点完全搞懂；当某一科的成绩遇到瓶颈时，去翻看教材，就会发现，原来自己没有系统地掌握知识，所以稍微带有综合性质的题目就做不出来；当刷过很多题后，再来翻看教材，发现原来自己刷过的很多题目，都是书上例题的变形。

在输出端：

（1）先说前文提到的两件法宝之一的真题。

一升入高一就把最近几年的高考真题拿过来做。一张高考卷，基础题占80%，拉分题占15%，超纲题占5%（这部分题目是清华、北大等顶级学生拉分的关键）。

通过做真题，可以发现自己的薄弱环节，哪些地方有问题，哪里没有学明白。对于发现的错题，也要分析是知识性的漏洞还是其他原因，如果是知识性的漏洞要从知识点本身学起，学完之后再做题练习。

在做真题时，要具备出题人的思维，思考出题人是要考察我们哪个知识点。

如果得分只有60%，首先要做的是去看教材，因为这说明还有很多不懂的。这个阶段不要搞什么错题集，不适合，因为这样做工作量太大，效果也不好。等到分数提高到80%了，可以分析找到自己的薄弱板块，专攻一些专题，进行专题刷题。可以使用参考答案学习法，把学科术语记录到本子，日积月累，逐渐显得专业。

等到分数提高到90%了，就可以使用错题集了，把题型进行总结，构建出答题模板来。学霸们经常使用的错题集的方法很有效，但这个方法是有使用条件的，不能笼统地用，要根据自己的情况使用不同的方法。在基础阶段应注重知识消化，不熟练时不宜制作错题集。当全部知识板块都没有大问题时（考试正确率达到90%以上），则可以使用整理错题集的方法来查漏补缺。最后就是做题练习熟练度了，总结知识点，形成答题模板，达到考试时这些题目我都感觉做过的效果，也就是所谓的“有题感”。

（2）再说在平时的学习知识点和掌握能力的过程中，要经常主动输出，而不是被动。

1、要经常复述学到的内容达到三遍。讲给别人听，能让别人听懂，这样才说明自己是真明白了。如果不能把别人讲明白，说明自己也没有明白，要回去继续学。让孩子回来把学的内容、上课的内容讲给父母听。如果找不到人来听我们复述，录下来或者写下来，自己做自己的听众。

2、通过做题来检验自己对知识的掌握程度，做题也要达到三遍。对于数学题，要进行透彻分析，做到深度理解，也要做到三遍，确定自己能做出来才算搞懂。第一遍自己做；第二遍对照参考答案找出差距，再做一遍；第三遍隔几天有点遗忘后再把同一道题自己做一遍。

另外，理解并模仿好的文章三遍、参加考试、应用到做事上马上练习3遍，以上这些都是输出。

（3）以英语学习为例讲讲具体的学习方法。

1、对英语学习来说，最主要的方法是精读。精读包括搞懂文章中的所有词汇、句子表达，并准确理解文章的意思，同时划分文章结构等。要遵循“33法则”，在教材和真题里面选出能读懂80%的三篇文章，进行三遍阅读，这样作为一轮，一轮一轮地提高英语水平，要非常注重阅读质量。

在英语学习中，应该将80%的精力用于精读，20%的精力用来泛读。泛读课外书应按照新课标的要求进行。泛读要追求数量，可以读自己感兴趣的、快速就能看到的、利用碎片时间就能做的，主要是为养成习惯，比如《经济学人》和《纽约时报》。

精读是学习英语最重要的方法。只有靠精读，才能真正快速提高英语水平。泛读、听力、写作、口语都是辅助手段。

2、词汇学习应结合在精读里，对词汇学习不用背，因为不科学，做到以下几条，能避免不可能完成的机械背诵任务。
首先，学习音标可以帮助认读拼写单词。搞定清浊辅音，一小时就能学会音标，不要怕口音不准，没有关系的，我们说普通话也有口音，不影响交流，反而是个人特色。集中时间深度学习，掌握一个，再学另一个，步步为营。学习48个音标，其中70%是简单的音标，几分钟即可学会，搞定80%的东西，只要20%的时间。另外30%发音困难的，可以通过对照学习浊辅音和清辅音来解决，它们发音相同，只是浊辅音有声带振动。

其次，用英英词典了解词汇的用法和细微差别，以达到应用的目的。变被动词汇为主动词汇，只有把词汇用起来，这个词才算掌握，不用背，背是不可能完成的任务，总背总忘，最后只好放弃了。

第三，用词伙来学词。什么是词伙？就是这个词延伸出来的不同词性的、不同时态的词，把它们都放在一起学，核心是动词，还可以向下延伸其他词汇。

第四，从高频到低频有顺序地学习词汇，提高效率。
3、用语法将单词连成句子。

英语语法的学习方法是：

首先，1个根本原则，主谓宾。一个英语句子中，有且仅有一个动词可以做谓语，主谓句型和系表句型是两种基本句型。英语有8种时态、两种语态（主动语态和被动语态），这些都是大语法，还有一些小语法。

其次，从句是一个句子中的某个句子成分，只是这个成分是一个完整句子而不是单词。从句的连接词和语序与主句不同，需要拆分句子结构，翻译一遍，再拼回去回译一遍，并与原文进行比较，最后要与原文一模一样。仿写优秀的文章三遍，加深理解。

第三，四层输出，表达复述、做题、考试、应用到做事上。

四、长期持续学习。

学习要从一而终，学到底，那如何做到呢？

（1）要培养良好学习习惯，我们应该利用习惯而不是依赖自制力。自律是有限的，自制力就像瓶子里的水，虽然有多有少，但总是有限的。我们要减少自制力的浪费，自制力在某处用得多了，在另一处必定少了。要用习惯的力量，养成每日在固定的时间做固定的事，不要焦虑，不用思考做什么事，避免精神内耗，从而轻松地坚持下去。要培养持之以恒的学习习惯，利用习惯的力量完成学习任务，而不是依赖自制力。通过“3秒就开始”的方法解决低级的拖延症，用1小时的痛苦换来6小时的快乐。

（2）及时给自己积极反馈。在学习的过程中，应该奖励自己，并找人给自己反馈，以了解自己学得怎么样了？自己存在的问题是什么？

（3）要把学到的方法知识应用到不同场景，以使知识牢固。我们需要进行知识迁移应用，要进行类比迁移。比如金字塔写作法可以在各个方面进行应用，无论做事、说话，还是装修，我们都要举一反三，抓住本质。通过类比法，我们可以把金字塔写作法应用在不同领域，抓住方法的本质并进行运用。我们要学会举一反三，进行类比迁移。

最后的话。

通过写读后感，让我对这三本书的精华有了更清晰全面的把握，在以后应用中也有更直观的指导，这将支持我持续学习，我相信，女儿和我都能行稳致远。

Today I want to talk about how to best help your clients find the home of their dreams. Selling a home? Get a free home value report Buying a home? Search all homes for sale Today I’d like to talk about what people are looking for when they want to buy a house. Sometimes buyers are simply looking for a home, but they are often also looking for an investment as well as their own, private place. Many people simply do not want to be beholden to an apartment complex where the rent keeps rising. So what do you have to do? First, you need to nail down some details of what your client is looking for in a home. How big of a home do they want? How much are they wanting to pay for it? What neighborhoods are they thinking of moving into? These are all important questions you should ask your client as you begin the home search. Remember, it’s not about what you think they want—it’s about what the client wants. How does a buyer know it’s a good deal? They are relying on you as their Realtor to answer those questions that they have. By helping them figure out what they want in their house, you get to make the process a little bit more fun for both of you and you get to know your client a little more. “ If you’re a buyer, it’s good to get to know your Realtor and what they’re thinking. ” If you’re a buyer, it’s good to get to know your Realtor. When you find the home you’re looking for, make sure that you’re asking the right questions of your Realtor.
