Adrien Sala is a writer, storyteller and passionate advocate for better sleep who is dedicated to helping people transform their relationship with rest. Inspired by his own struggle with insomnia and an overactive mind, he created Wiki Sleep, a platform that uses calming stories and cognitive diversion to help listeners fall asleep naturally. Drawing on mindfulness, meditation and the power of human connection, Adrien is building a complete ecosystem of sleep support. I met him at Web Summit in Vancouver in May 2026, where his passion for helping others was unmistakable.
