It's not some catchy title that I've simply slapped on this week's episode - it is a well-researched scientifically validated phenomenon... people in flow have more time than the rest of us.
More time to do just what they need to do, in just the right way, with little or no effort.
And the wonderful thing is that any of us - and that includes you - can experience this phenomenon and, like most phenomenon, it is phenomenal!!
However, using your mind that way you have been using it will never allow you experience this so-called Flow - you have to come to terms with who you really are and, then, allow yourself slow down... to speed up.
What do I mean by "coming to terms" with yourself? Well, I could have called this episode "War and Peace" - because, if you're not at peace with yourself and who you really are, you'll be at war with everyone else, raging against the world.
That's why, in this episode, I make the explicit suggestion that, to enable yourself experience the bending of time when in flow, you deliberately slow yourself down.
As you'll discover as you work your way through this episode - aided and abetted by real-life stories, when we slow down, we speed up...
