Do a time audit over the next month, or at least the next two weeks
Write a job description based on those tasks
Decide on your budget for this project or role
Polish and list the job descriptions with "gotcha" spots
Eliminate first round of candidates (let them know you won't be moving forward with them)
Paid skills test
Video interviews with top performers
Hire 2-3 on a trial basis
