Criteria for inclusion:

Formal medical diagnosis of IBD or RA and willing to provide paperwork of diagnosis.

Not pregnant or breastfeeding.

New to the ketogenic or lion diet.

Willing to do the ketogenic or lion diet for 3-6 months depending on random sorting.

Willing to do their regular diet for 3 months and be monitored, before starting dietary intervention, depending on random sorting.

Willing to pay $200 (and receive $100 back once the study is concluded)
