In honor of Nancy returning from her trip across seas, we decided to discuss the benefits of vacationing.  Some of our most precious memories are of vacations we've taken and places we've traveled.  There are many benefits from getting away for exploration or to just have a reset.  There are also some challenges.  We discuss all this and more in this weeks episode.
