Soralla Gonzalez lives in Tampa Bay, FL and sells sourdough and other healthy baked goods with her cottage food business, Delicious Healthy Bakes.

Soralla started selling baked goods at the beginning of 2023 and initially thought that she’d focus on keto products, but struggled to find enough demand for them in her area. But one day she brought some sourdough bread to a market, and it sold out immediately.

She’s now switched over to selling mostly sourdough baked goods, but still has had many ups and downs in trying to find the right customers for her healthy baked items.

• Consistent Marketing Equals Loyal Customers: In the early days, Soralla didn’t collect emails or focus on marketing.
