A $100,000 county-wide branding effort, a key messaging and development idea in the Mansfield Rising plan, will be finished and ready for rollout later this month. At least that was one of the messages from Lee Tasseff, the president of Destination Mansfield-Richland County. Tasseff gave an update on Thursday on local tourism marketing efforts.
