Heston Russell spent 16 years in the military and over 100 combat missions within the special forces. He’s seen and experienced a LOT of things but nothing had prepared him for returning to civilian life. Nothing prepared him for a sudden perceived loss of purpose and identity and nothing prepared him for experiencing suicidal ideation.
