Antitrust Attorney Jeffrey Kessler & 23XI Racing Partner Denny Hamlin are in the midst of a lawsuit filed against NASCAR. It's a legal action that could radically change the way NASCAR does it's business. Kessler talked with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. on his Dirty Mo Media Podcast. He talked about the case against NASCAR and the charges he's bringing of NASCAR's monopolistic business practices. The Freaks talked with NASCAR Drivers Daniel Suarez, Denny Hamlin & Michael McDowell on the Charlotte Roval Changes coming next weekend. The changes include elevation changes that may impact driver sighting around the track. There have also been changes in braking zones and chicane setups. He is sixth in the NASCAR Xfinity Playoff Standings and could get into the next round of eight by staying there after the next race at the Charlotte Roval next Saturday. NASCAR Talladega Pole Sitter Michael McDowell is a special Friend of The Freaks and has been for more than a decade. McDowell drives for Front Row Motorsports through this season and he's fighting to remain in the NASCAR Playoffs with one race to go before the Round of Eight. NHRA Worldwide Technology Raceway Winners cane into The Freak Nation Sunday night moments after the Victory Lane ceremony. Dallas Glenn won Pro Stock. Tony Schumacher won Top Fuel, his first win since the death of his father Don Schumacher. And Fast Jack Beckman won his first race in the car formerly driven by NHRA legend John Force who's recovering from a terrible accident earlier in the season. NASCAR Xfinity Playoff Driver AJ Allmendinger is a Freaks Favorite. But he's fighting to stay in the Xfinity playoffs. AJ is tenth in the standings 13 points behind the cutoff to be included in the next round of eight. Allmendinger has 18 wins in Xfinity racing but his last win came last season in Nashville. He hasn't been in Victory Circle in 2024. Last month Kaulig Racing announced it would return AJ to the Cup Series in 2025. Listen...

NHRA Top Fuel Driver Leah Pruett told the Freaks eleven months ago she was fighting to change NHRA rules concerning female drivers starting a family. Pruett and a coalition of women NHRA racers fought for an amendment to NHRA rules. Pruett was a career-best third in 2023 but opted to start a family with husband Tony Stewart. They're expecting their first child in November. Her fight to change the rules means drivers who step out of the car mid-season can keep points another wins in that car. Six-Time NHRA Pro Stock Champion Erica Enders spent time this week with Kenny and Crash. Erica is third in the standings 90 points behind leader Dallas Glenn. Enders is the most successful female Pro Stock driver in NHRA history with titles in 2014, 2015, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. She'll have to battle though to repeat this season. Still, the oddsmakers in Las Vegas put Enders as the favorite to keep the title she won last season. Listen...
