Spirit & Soul Healing Podcast

Welcome back to the Spirit & Soul Healing Podcast with Amy Sikarskie! In this special short-form excerpt, we share a favorite channeled message from a live conversation with The Council of Light.

Join us as The Council of Light dives into the quantum nature of your soul and the importance of physical embodiment. Discover how floating outside your physical form allows your life force energy to be pulled or siphoned into parallel lifetimes—causing emotional "layovers" and thought programs that aren't native to your current reality. Learn how staying present in your body provides the essential "fuel" required to jump timelines, access soul wisdom, and clear trauma stored within your DNA. Plus, stick around as the Council begins introducing the foundational, time-tested power of daily meditation

• Multidimensional Soul Light: At a high soul level, you are an eternal light source spanning multiple dimensions and parallel realities.

• Soul Force Quotients & Siphoning: When you are not fully grounded in your physical form, up to half of your intended soul energy can float or be siphoned into other lifetimes. This can lead to feeling ungrounded or experiencing emotional "layovers" and thought programs from other lives.

• Embodiment as Timeline Fuel: Full physical embodiment keeps you focused on your present soul mission and provides the energetic fuel needed to navigate timelines with divine intention.

• DNA & Past-Life Trauma: Your DNA holds more than genetic heritage; it carries soul wisdom, past-life memories, and inherited ancestral trauma across lifetimes that can be cleared when you are fully present in your body.

• Meditation for Quantum Alignment: Establishing a daily, expectation-free meditation practice allows your physical body to connect directly with your quantum field and soul frequency.

In this insightful episode, host Amy Sikarskie follows up on an advanced mentoring call with the Sacred Healers' Circle to address a common concern among energy practitioners: the fear of encountering a client or session they feel unprepared to handle. Amy offers a comforting yet grounded message from Spirit - reminding healers that through proper energetic boundaries, clear intentions, and daily energetic hygiene, Spirit will never place them in harm's way or push them beyond their readiness.

Drawing from her early experiences as a hypnotherapist encountering entity attachments and spirit release, Amy highlights the vital importance of spiritual discernment and the power of knowing when to say "no" or refer a client elsewhere. Rather than engaging in spiritual bypassing or pushing past personal limitations, true integrity lies in honoring your limits, maintaining direct connection with archangels, and standing in your sovereign authority as a practitioner.

Have you ever woken up feeling unusually drained, clumsy, or brain-fogged, even when nothing in your daily routine explains it? In this episode of the Spirit and Soul Healing Podcast, host Amy Sikarskie presents a highlight from a channeled conversation with The Council of Light that explores the multidimensional nature of our life force.

Together with guest hosts Brittini and Aaron, the Council addresses two core community questions: how to unlock and trust our spiritual gifts, and what causes parallel lifetimes to siphon our current reality’s fuel. You'll learn how emotional loops across timelines can pull on your energy, the physical signs that your presence is drifting, and practical daily somatic rituals— including morning movement, intentional breathwork, and inter-dimensional prayer—to anchor your light, plug energetic leaks, and fully restore your personal power.

Welcome back to another insightful session of the Spirit & Soul Healing Podcast. In this episode, host Amy Sikarskie features a powerful live channeled transmission from the Council of Light focusing on a deeply profound topic: earthbound souls and their impact on our physical reality.

The Council dives into the energetic weight that un-transitioned spirits leave on humanity -often sitting like a "wet blanket of cotton" on our collective consciousness. You will learn how these heavy frequencies affect empathetic nervous systems, how our psychic pathways are shifting as information now "drops down" through the crown chakra, and the exact tools healers can use to assist lost spirits ethically without interfering with their free will. If you are looking to clear your field, master your boundaries, and understand the upcoming leadership timeline on Earth, this transmission offers the perfect roadmap.

Joined by a collective of archangels, the Council delivers timely wisdom on anchoring fifth-dimensional frequencies, adjusting our global perceptions, and navigating physical realities through the lens of divine grace.

In this powerful episode of the Spirit and Soul Healing Podcast, host Amy Sikarskie sits down with healing participant Jinny to reflect on her transformative experience on The Spirit and Soul Healing Show. Jinny shares how her initial session revealed profound parallels between past lives and her current journey, including a nine-year battle with PTSD that mirrored a past life of non-conformity and suppression.

The conversation dives deep into "weird" synchronicities—from fitness students calling Jinny a Viking to an intuitive reader sensing a soul-level desire to "bash heads in," both of which were picked up unknowingly by Amy's visions of a Viking past life involving a crushed skull.

Jinny also discusses her newfound freedom in vocal expression, her deep connection to nature and elementals, and her emerging gifts in Dragon and Arcturian channeling. This episode is a beautiful testament to how healing past life fragments can unlock a life of joy, community, and spiritual expansion.

In this powerful channeled transmission recorded in the sacred lands of Sedona, Amy Sikarskie brings forward a deeply supportive and expansive message from The Council of Light for the collective.

The Council begins by acknowledging the immense transformation currently unfolding on Earth, describing it as a pivotal moment in planetary evolution. This shift is not only external — it is occurring within the human body, the energetic field, and the soul itself. Humanity is being invited to move into a higher state of awareness, guided not by fear or external programming, but by inner truth and heart-centered knowing.

A central teaching of this message is the importance of alignment with your inner compass — your “North Star.” The Council explains that much of what has shaped human perception has been rooted in outdated systems of fear, separation, and manipulation. These structures are now dissolving, and individuals are being called to see beyond illusion and reconnect with their own sovereignty.

They emphasize that this is not a time to force or struggle, but to allow life to guide you through resonance — following what feels expansive, joyful, and true. Opportunities will naturally present themselves when you are aligned with your authentic frequency.

The Council speaks deeply about multidimensional healing, explaining that emotional patterns and energetic imprints may originate not only from this lifetime, but from parallel realities and soul-level experiences. Through conscious awareness, compassion, and presence, individuals can actively participate in healing across timelines, calling their energy back into wholeness.

Another key theme is the emergence of a new vibrational “currency” — one based not on material accumulation, but on connection, authenticity, love, and shared frequency. As this shift occurs, many will begin to find their true soul family, forming communities aligned in purpose, resonance, and heart.

The Council also highlights:

• The acceleration of energy since recent global shifts
• The significance of this current year as a major energetic reset
• The expansion of open dialogue around spiritual and multidimensional topics
• The increasing availability of multiple pathways to fulfill one’s soul mission

They gently remind listeners that:

• Your path is not externally prescribed — it is encoded within your soul
• There are many ways to fulfill your purpose
• Growth happens through small, consistent steps taken in trust

A powerful message woven throughout the transmission is one of encouragement and recognition. The Council expresses deep appreciation for humanity’s progress, emphasizing that many are doing far better than they realize.

They invite listeners to:

• Release what no longer aligns
• Make space for higher-frequency experiences
• Treat the body as sacred technology
• Expand their energy field to hold more light

Ultimately, this transmission is a call to embody your light fully, trust your journey, and step into your highest timeline with courage, curiosity, and compassion.

• ✨ You are not searching for the path — you are becoming it.
