Amy shares an inspired reflection that came through during a lucid, pre-sleep conversation with her spiritual team. While preparing for an upcoming expo, she receives a clear message: the most important preparation is not logistics, but holding love in the heart and remembering the true purpose of gathering — shared light.

This episode explores light activations, energetic transmissions, and how spiritual growth often happens through soul-to-soul encounters. Amy reflects on revisiting Messages from the Councils years after its original channeling and noticing how the energetic activations within it are still alive and relevant. She explains how exposure to high-frequency energy — whether through books, presence, gatherings, or spiritual teachers — can spark inner awakenings, releases, and recalibrations.

The conversation moves into:

1. how light is shared between people,
2. how activations are received differently based on readiness,
3. and the importance of integration after energetic shifts.

This episode is both a teaching and a transmission — a reminder that spiritual evolution is supported through love, presence, and conscious connection.

In this extended episode, Amy offers a relaxed and heartfelt check-in, sharing personal updates, reflections on the beginning of the year, and what has been unfolding both personally and collectively. The episode flows organically between real-life experiences, reflections on timing and purpose, and a broader spiritual perspective on why certain moments in life invite us to slow down, reassess, and realign.

Throughout the conversation, themes of trust, presence, embodiment, and awareness surface naturally. Amy speaks to the experience of being in transition, honoring where you are without rushing what comes next, and recognizing that meaningful change often unfolds quietly rather than through force.

This episode serves as both an update and an invitation to connect inward, stay grounded, and remain open to guidance as life continues to evolve.

In this inspiring channeled session, Amy Sikarskie, intuitive energy therapist and physical channel, brings through a loving and profound transmission from The Council of Light while gathered with friends in Denver, Colorado.

The message begins with heartfelt guidance for today’s youth — the “game changers” born to shift global consciousness through compassion, clarity, and awareness. The Council offers wisdom for both young souls and their elders, encouraging all generations to co-create a harmonious, balanced planet rooted in respect, unity, and love.

They reveal how humanity’s awakening is supported by higher-dimensional beings — including Sirian, Arcturian, and Angelic energies — and share insights into how healing occurs across timelines, dimensions, and parallel lives. Throughout the transmission, listeners are reminded to ground into peace, follow intuitive guidance, and honor the emotional signals that act as a compass for truth and soulful alignment.

The episode closes with uplifting personal messages for the attendees, highlighting joy, curiosity, and self-awareness as keys for aligning with Earth’s evolving frequency.

✨ A powerful session of higher wisdom, reassurance, and encouragement for anyone walking the path of spiritual awakening, healing, and collective evolution. 🩷
