Dr. Sheridan Kay was born in Australia into a large family of chiropractors. She graduated from Life University in Atlanta, USA in 1996. Currently, Sheridan teaches the Thompson Technique at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.She faced a massive challenge when she became an associate of her late father, Dr. Alan Brady. Because of her size and age, people thought she's not strong enough to be a chiropractor. Her father advised her to get stronger with love which she did, and it completely changed her practice.

Also, there was a time where she felt burned out with family and health.
