Mandy’s barefoot journey, began sadly like so many others, when she suffered a serious injury.

Throughout this episode we chat about the slow but enjoyable path back to doing the thing she loves.

How her improved foot strength and mobility has made her a better tap dancer and why she’s now passing on her newfound appreciation for her feet to her young students.
