We couldn't have asked for a better guest than Alisa for our first student spotlight. She took our Summer 2020 course and immediately started taking action. Since taking our course, she has purchased two duplex and three short-term rentals!

And oh by the way, she is a full time pediatric gastroenterologist, medical director of IBD Center, mother with four children (two are autistic) and doing all of this alone because her husband is not involved (though he is very supportive!).
