Vaynerchuk argues that we should identify our natural talents and focus on being the best versions of ourselves, rather than chase unattainable ideals. Though driven entrepreneurs can find some success through hard work, Vaynerchuk cautions against forcing oneself into a path not suited to one's abilities.
