OUR THIRD SUMMER REPLAY!! This one is going to rock!!

For this episode I mix and matched stories from two of our podcasts with the incredible athlete, adventurer, all around good dude- Cameron Dorn!!

Way back in episode #12 Cameron told the story of his world record of 24 hours of burpees and it's one of my favorite stories EVER and then in episode #213 he was back at it setting the record for most step-ups in his apartment over 8 hours.
