The two outdoor shots are at the Rhea County Courthouse in Dayton, Tennessee.  It is the same building where the Scopes “Monkey Trial” was held in July, 1925.  The interior shots are the courtroom where the trial took place.  As an aside, it was so hot during that time that the Judge in the case moved the trial outside.
