If you’re like most people, you’ve had this thought at the grocery store: “They’re out of toilet paper again?” If you’re wondering why some products haven’t been in stock all quarantine, it might be due to the supply chain connected to them. As the world has tightened its safety precautions for COVID-19, local and international businesses have found themselves unable to fill their supply stocks as they try to balance safety with necessity. So how do these supply chains work, and can we expect things to change as we continue to move forward through the pandemic?
