Within this podcast, we go through some of our clinical experience working with people with these "syndromes" and what has worked using a corrective exercise-focused approach first and manual therapy after if needed.
Have these concepts been validated 100% through research? No, but that's ok. You'll hear in #106 next week that most of the treatments and clinical judgement we use in practice that have great patient outcome don't have solid scientific backing.
