Capacity....the thing folks don't think about it because well, it shines the a light on areas that you feel potentially sensitive about. I know when I think about how limited my energy is some days, I can get sad, frustrated, and disappointed. But now I've allowed myself to just be aware and not judge myself for how I am. Instead, I use the cycle of leverage and honor to still be "consistent" without that actually being my day to day reality.

It feels great to be back on the mic. It's like riding a bike - hey that rhymes!

Anywho this episode is for anyone who is making a shift in some aspect but people aren't comfortable with you changing. 

I'm very much in the middle of a shift now due to 1 health reasons and 2 I feel like I grew up 10 years in the last 365 days. 

2022 was the year I learned the MOST about being a business owner. And it was nothing near a perfect year. We made a bit more revenue than 2021, however I was mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted. 

And it took a toll in a lot of areas. But in the hundreds of lessons I learned from that year on how to be a better leader, I realized some strenghts I didn't even know I had.
