The Thing About Your Capacity...(Unless You’re a Robot, This Applies to You)

Capacity....the thing folks don't think about it because well, it shines the a light on areas that you feel potentially sensitive about. I know when I think about how limited my energy is some days, I can get sad, frustrated, and disappointed. But now I've allowed myself to just be aware and not judge myself for how I am. Instead, I use the cycle of leverage and honor to still be "consistent" without that actually being my day to day reality.
