At 25-years-old, Tai Beauchamp left behind her career in fashion publishing to pursue doing what she loved: impacting and elevating women. Her philosophy of “do good and do well” led her to lean into her spiritual side and identify when she felt her best and her worst. Today, Emily talks with Tai about burnout, listening to yourself, setting boundaries, and creating healthy spaces for people in your community.
