We’re back!!! Season 5 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Podcast debuts with a powerhouse conversation with one of the great ambassadors. He’s a United States Navy veteran who worked more than two decades on the night shift at the Des Moines, Iowa water treatment plant cooking BBQ in his spare time and bursting onto the scene as a contestant and judge on the groundbreaking television show BBQ Pitmasters. After retiring a few years ago, Big Moe Cason is now a full-time BBQ man, traveling the USA and the world spreading the good word of Q. Moe joins us to preview a busy 2023 and unveils plans to team up with his buddy Bob Trudnak for a BBQ restaurant in Texas.
