He's lived the American Dream, a United States Navy veteran who worked the overnight  shift at the Des Moines, Iowa, water treatment plant. During his spare time, Moe Cason fired up the smoker and dabbled in competition BBQ. On a suggestion from the legendary Johnny Trigg, "Big Moe" sent in an audition video for the groundbreaking BBQ television program BBQ Pitmasters. Now, Moe is a full-blown BBQ celebrity who travels the world spreading his love for open-fire cooking.
