Gettin’ Basted was 2018 KCBS Team of the Year and Brad is off and running already with a Grand Championship in 2020 - with wife Sarah taking RGC at the same contest in Utah. Brad also tells us about two new restaurants he’s opening soon, plus what it’s like organizing his first competition, the Gettin’ Basted Open in Hollister, Mo., this Memorial Day Weekend. It’s going to be a mini-major.
Hot Wachula’s also is off and running in the new year. After a trip to Italy last month to teach and compete, Matt captured a GC at last weekend’s Florida BBQ Association 'Smoke on the Water' in Winter Haven. He also fills us in on the history of Hot Wachula’s and how he got started competing.
