She shares the herb that she thinks everyone needs, Dandelion! You’ll learn about how it grows everywhere and how it’s beneficial for your health. Specifically like your digestion, your urinary system, liver, and how it’s just great food and medicine! She goes into the different parts of the Dandelion plant, and which one is better for different situations in life.
Dr. Currey talks about some of the herbs she used to help with her Autoimmune Arthritis like Turmeric for its anti-inflammatory qualities. She used Chamomile, Valerian & Passion Flower to help her sleep and deal with the anxiety of being in excruciating pain.
