Jo talks about taking one for the team. Taking one for the team, in the LS world, usually means one partner is willing to play with someone, usually part of a couple, that they aren't super attracted to, so that their partner can play with someone, usually the other half of said couple, they ARE super attracted to.
There are 2 schools of thought. Some people see it as an act of love, as a sacrifice they are willing to make for their partner. Others see it as a form of non-consensual sex, which is never justified.
Jo talks about both sides and gives some tips to help you decide on what's right for you and your relationship.
