For those of you who are fans of The Real Housewives of Cheshire, you’ll be excited to learn that today’s guest is Tanya Bardsley. Tanya is also a life coach, model and author and at the age of 39 was finally diagnosed with ADHD after years of battling anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Tanya was praised for her open discussion of her diagnosis on both the reality show and her ITV documentary Me & ADHD and now proudly claims that she has nothing to be ashamed of. In today’s episode I talk to candidly to Tanya about her mental health journey and how her life has changed with the ADHD diagnosis.
