It’s not often we acknowledge that is it? That sometimes doing nothing IS doing something, and perhaps it’s just the something we should be doing from time to time. Mark LeBusque is sliding back into the hotseat with me, very casually might I add, as he returns from his end of year downtime and wellness retreat where he undertook some emotional healing practices, had a couple of tarot card readings and got a little perspective on life after what has evidently been an enormous year professionally, mentally and emotionally. Anyone else relate? I thought you might, so it’s fair to say you may just dig a few ideas out of today’s conversation worth exploring and implementing in your own world. We also discuss the relationships and interactions we allow in our lives and our interpretation of them. How to set boundaries, have vulnerable conversations and open our eyes to how the people in our world might perceive us (and is it costing us the opportunity to connect more deeply?)
As always, a brilliant chat with a brilliant lad!
