In Episode 60 Kyle is back from his second assault on the Mozart100 and true to form, he has a story to tell about his strong race performance! We preview the Brian Goodwin 10K which has assembled a stacked field and even includes TRS representation as Tom shapes up for another assault on 10K. Sandbagging is on the rant radar this week and we cover our favourite results from a busy racing weekend!

In Episode 59 the busy June race calendar continues with TRS represented at both the Beach 10K and Dunideer Hill, and with Kyle a week out from the Mozart 100 ultra marathon we talk about his final preparation for that. We've got race results coming out of our ears, selection news for Scottish athletes and a fresh running rant!

Despite the intro, this is Episode 57! This week we've got the 2nd part of National 5K Champion Morag Millar’s interview. Tom continues clocking some good ‘vertical’ mileage whilst Kyle has a wee scare! Lots of races this week including Edinburgh Marathon Festival and an ‘anti rant’!

In Episode 56 we're really pleased to be joined by Scottish 5K Champion Morag Millar in part 1 of a 2 part interview. The much talked about TRS Beer Mile has finally happened and Tom is entering the world of hill running and racing this week! We've also got race results from across Scotland and a rambling rant!

This week we're chuffed to be joined by Scottish Athletics Chairman and WHW Race Director Ian Beattie to talk everything ultra running and athletics in Scotland with Kyle. As the summer comes into our sights, we chat about our goals for the rest of the year as well as race results from across Scotland and the recent sad news on Great Stirling Run.

In Episode 54, we're joined by our club mate and marathoning hero Chris Richardson to talk all things marathon! Results wise we've got the Scottish National 5K to talk about as well as the "Baker Hughes 10K" where Tom is back in racing action, and running rants where we touch on a subject raised by a top Scottish club runner on social media recently.

In Episode 52, Tom is back from Boston and reflecting on an amazing marathon experience and expo rants! Kyle has been hill racing at Scolty in the now famous Hamish sandwich and we approach our first birthday with some party plans! It's a big racing weekend so we talk about this weekend's London Marathon and our predictions as well as Stirling Marathon and the Highland Fling.

In Tom's absence, one of Scotland's distance running greats, Fraser Clyne guest hosts TRS and we talk about Tom's solid run at Boston Marathon. We also get a live feed with Tom straight after the race to tell us about his initial reaction(and a few rants!).

Fraser goes off tangent with Kyle and we get some fascinating stories on some of his marathon ups, downs and funny moments. Fraser gives a Run Balmoral preview and we discuss local results and some superb rants!

Finally, Kyle announces the TRS prize winner of 'guess Tom's marathon time' (tune in to the very end to hear the winner!)
