I've got this cool tattoo that says "self-love club" on my arm, and it's not just for show. In 2019, I spoke at an event called "Self Love Club." I was suffering from depression and anxiety at the time. There was a lot going on at the time. But speaking at that event gave me perspective and empathy for others going through tough times. Fast forward to today, and they've brought back the Self Love Club, and I'm going back.

It's okay to come out of the cave. No matter where your self-love journey takes you, you are an amazing, brave person. Whether you feel like you flushed it down the toilet or like you're on top of the world. It's a great job you're doing.
