As the second born son, to an ambitious Mother and Father,  Karlton has adopted a handful of their qualities that have led to his success today.Humbled to be able to wake up everyday and do what he loves; which is actively using his God given abilities to inspire others through his disciplined actions towards achieving his own financial goals, and helping those around him reach their full capabilities within themselves. 

A licensed tax accountant, Karlton enjoys helping small business owners and real estate investors bridge the gap between understanding tax planning and implementing tax strategies, as opposed to just doing tax compliance yearly. His skills in negotiation and sales have led to his success in the tax and accounting world. 

With over 5 years of experience in the sales field, Karlton has become a master in persuasion and  high ticket sales negotiations. He enjoys learning from the great young entrepreneurs before him such as Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Steve Jobs. Karlton finds enjoyment in coaching and helping Sales Teams bridge the gap between closing a deal, and losing a deal. He is also an honored member of the Forbes Business Development Council, and always looks forward to connecting with others.
