In this episode, we reflect on some real-life examples of how schools become toxic, what a bad culture looks like, and how choices at the top trickle down to stress at the bottom.
In an attempt to not be doom and gloom, we then talk about exactly what can be done to fix it! What does an excellent and wellbeing proud school look like? What is it like on the side with the greener grass?
We hope you enjoy it. Please get in touch if anything we talked about today hit home. We'd love to hear from you.
