Hailing from the south coast and residing in Portsmouth, the home of the Royal Navy, Sacha is a serving naval officer working in Whitehall for the ministry of defence.
She first got into property in 2005 buying her first house in Coventry (having obsessively watched Property Ladder) and flipping it achieving 25% net profit. While not quite out of her current profession, teaming up with her business partner Tim Brian at the start of the year is a step closer towards her goal of being full time in property and financially free.
Tim is a retired RAF Medical Support Officer and has been full time in property since Jan 2017. From then until Sep 2020 he bought 7
properties in Bangor and sold 2 which left him with 28 HMO student rooms and a restaurant spread across 5 properties/HMOs. Since Feb 2021 Tim has partnered with Sacha to consecutively 2 BRRR 2 x 8 bed HMOs in Bangor, the first one is complete and rented and the 2nd one is due to be finished in Mar 22.
Tej graduated from King's’ College London with a BSc Biochemistry in 2014, he then pursued a career in Medical Education and Marketing. Soon after his second job… he was fired! A moment of relief and freedom was what he felt, not sure what his mother felt when he told her he was jobless at 23…
He then went in search of a more ethical path, a business he could set up where the reward was equal to the work put in. “If they are making pounds, why am I making pennies?” - was his thought process, not happy with slow progression and bureaucracy (& having to wear smart shoes everyday). This lead him to opening a Recruitment business (not sure where the ethics went) which doubled in profit every year, for 4 years. He hated it. Golden handcuffs they call it.
Fortunately, he used the cash he’d built up from that business, to educate himself in Property Investing. Soon, he’d stopped the business and transitioned into Property Investment full time. He then had a slow start -
Purchasing 15 properties in his first 9 months, using over £650,000 of Investor Finance, he built a £1,200,000 property portfolio and created £30,000 of profit from flips. This gave him ‘financial freedom’, but it was the most stressful period of his life. Growing quickly is very painful.
Let’s not forget that his Podcast grew to be the most-reviewed UK Property Podcast, peaking at 4,000 unique downloads per episode.
His Podcast (Tej Talks) now sits at 660,000 downloads in over 100 countries and has 489 reviews, rated 5/5.

Husband and wife team, started out in 2016 with zero experience in property and have built a buy-to-let portfolio alongside setting up and running a construction and development company. Based in South Yorkshire, Rhys and Alice have worked on the buy refurb refinance model in building their rental portfolio mainly focussing on single lets. Whilst building their rentals the pair have also done flip projects and a new build property which have been sold. Whilst their rental and developments are focussed on residential schemes, their construction business mainly takes on commercial works. Running three businesses side by side has placed a big emphasis on building up a trustworthy team.

Who is real anymore?
Who can you trust?
How can you tell?
The internet is full of personalities, some real, some fake and most a bit of both. Property is no exception to this. Too many people get stung, but hold on, society (us) is to blame too, we can't just blame the liars...can we?
Well, listen in to find out my views on this, how to avoid them and examples to work out fake followers.

Crypto!
Where do you start? Should you buy TejCoin or JamesCoin?
Could it be a rugpull? It just dropped 50% from all time high lately – so erm, are we buying the dip… or catching a falling knife?
IT’s very tricky to start here, there’s a lot of misinformation, no clear idea and the volatility is crazy.
We talk about how we look at it, what we like to invest in/with, but more importantly share details of our upcoming networking event.

Richie Miller has recently left the military where he was a Major in the Royal Logistic Corps. He started investing in property 5 years ago with the aim of replacing his salary so he could leave the Army. Life priorities changed when he got married and children arrived. From some reading and research, Richie decided it was possible to earn more money with less work through investing in property. Sounds simple doesn’t it? Taking action and decisively doing something different to what he was doing before, he now has a growing portfolio and a managed cash flow. His third ever property purchase was a 48 bed super HMO; Richie bought this with none of his own money.

I've reached 1,000,000 downloads in over 120 countries so far, I've built a £1,300,000 property portfolio from £0, using £850,000 of private investor finance. After 4 years, lots of successful mentees and education delivered, my brand has changed. P.S I still mentor and educate in property, book a call - tejsingh.xyz
