October 31, 2018 Jack built a Rent2Rent portfolio to £12,000 a month PROFIT, almost No Money Down!
If you have little money to invest in Property then why aren't you considering Rent2Rent? This strategy allows you to not own a property, therefore negating the need for a big 25% deposit and all the lengthy processes that come with purchasing. If Cash is King then R2R is not to be disregarded.

Jack built a portfolio of 14 HMOs and a large number of SA units over a 3 year period, yes 3 years. this isn't an overnight success, this took time, determination and many mistakes. I covered these mistakes in detail, as they are cautionary tales and lessons for us all.

October 24, 2018 0 to 19 Properties Purchased in 18 months, Adam Huzzey talks about portfolio building from scratch
Adam started his career by leaving University, mid way through his Biochemistry degree much to his parents dissapointment, to purse a business interest with Steven Pardoe. Together, they created Domo Kitchens, a high end kitchen studio which since he left Uni has grown to a stage where he doesn't need to be hands-on anymore, and has stepped away. LEVERAGE LIFE OR WHAT? Great work there, Adam now focusses on property full-time with Steven, and has done for 18 months.

They've accumulated 19 properties in that time, sounds like financial freedom to most, especially as some are HMOs. They are in the final stages of planning negotiation for a block of 18 flats to be built from... nothing! He's already a property Developer, that quick. Why can't you be too?

Their trajectory has been a real hockey stick, pretty stand-out. What also stands out is the weird room under a very stealthy trap door, in a property they purchased. Strange eh?

So, I'm always out here talking to other people and sharing their stories, challenges and successes with the world. I've realised, apart from my episode 0 I haven't really told y'all much about ME. Ranjit Singh is one of the loveliest people I've met, his experience and knowledge is fantastic and he knows how to work a floor plan... within building regs and fire standards! He speaks about mindset, the 3 Ps and how to work best with Builders. Ranjit is based in Derby and works with investors in a range of ways, usually on HMOs. Derby has a lot going for it, I never knew. He speaks a lot about personal development and understanding, the latter is something we probably don't focus on enough.
