This week we're joined by the incredible Hugh van Cuylenburg, founder of The Resilience Project. Hugh shares the story of how he got started doing his inspiring and super important work during a stint volunteering in an isolated area in the far north of India. Seeing first-hand how happy the students and families living in an area with no running water, electricity or even beds were, he was on a mission to figure out how to bring some of that magic back to us at home. In this episode, Hugh shares some beautiful and simple tips on how to bring more joy and calm into our lives (and the lives of our kids and families) with his GEM principles.
