Another season has come to an end, and to finish off with a bang, we brought in Emma Guns - podcast host, beauty editor, writer and best friend of some of the industry’s most impressive experts and founders - to pick her brain on all things beauty. From her favourite products, to how to overcome an overwhelming routine and why beauty is not, in fact, frivolous, there is so much juicy goodness from this chat.
We also have a solution for the new Cloud Paint devotees who are finding the application tricky, Bettina made a big beauty splurge for her Euro trip and we of course have our MVPs - a fuller coverage foundation that looks and feels like skin and the everything balm that’ll solve your life problems (except doing your taxes and laundry).
The links are below but before you hit play we want to say a big, fat THANK YOU for tuning in and supporting us! We wouldn’t be wrapping up season 10 (and gearing up for season 11) without you. We love you! Ok, go enjoy the ep now. ASAP Super B

Whether we like it or not, TikTok has become one of the most influential places for our beauty routines - from the products and trends we want to try, to the ingredients we need to know and the hacks we think will change everything.
But not all TikTok trends are created equal, so in this ep we’re taking you through which TikTok trends and hacks are legit, and which ones are best left on the screen for your entertainment.
Also in this ep: The hair curler Carli was devastated to (almost) lose, the latest celeb beauty brand and our MVPs - a finishing spray for glossy hair and the luxury body wash you can find in the supermarket aisle.

When it comes to at-home hair colour and box dyes, we’re often advised to steer clear. But there are a lot of benefits of being able to colour your hair yourself and at home ($$$ anyone?). In this week’s ep, we called on award-winning Sydney hair colourist and ambassador for Clairol’s Root Touch Up box dye, Belinda Jeffrey, to share her tips on how to colour our hair at home like a pro.
Also in this ep: Is under-eye concealer dead, what in the world is a morning shed, and our MVPS of the week.

When it comes to beauty, our eyes are a major focus. But something that we might not consider when we’re applying our mascara or lying on the treatment bed waiting for our lash lift to set is the health of our eyes and what impact primping and prettying them could have long-term. So, today we're bringing in an expert who knows both sides of the story – Dr. Alexa Hecht, a Toronto-based optometrist who's also super knowledgeable about beauty.
Plus, a hair routine to combat hair loss and promote hair growth, why we all should be wearing shower caps and of course our beauty MVPs - a “healthier” dry shampoo and a nourishing pre-wash scalp oil.

When we talk about beauty and ageing, we often think about our skin, but how often do you think about hair ageing? In this week’s ep, we’re joined by Dr Leona Yip, dermatologist and Alopecia specialist (with a very impressive resume, btw) about hair ageing beyond greying, the major causes - and the biggest one - is there anything we can do to prevent or reverse the effects. (And yes, we did ask her if that myth about plucking grey hairs is true).
Also in this ep - why you may not need to rule out retinol during pregnancy/breastfeeding, a favourite (and we think underrated) winter skin ingredient, and a big thank you to you guy.
