The third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing from October 17 to 18 under the theme of "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity." Is Africa going to be able to catch-up considering the time set for BRI goals and how do Chinese and African partners plan to produce higher quality projects to increase engagement and deliver much concrete outcomes?
