This week we sat down with Leah Marie Evenstar. She told us all about her recent trip to London, Bali, Thailand, and Viet Nam. It is such an inspirational trip and she’s passed that onto us, along with some travel tips for people (especially women) traveling alone. She reminded us to always be open to being pleasantly surprised.

This is a bonus episode for you. It is the last 10 or so minutes or so of our discussion with Leah Marie, the Shaman. If you somehow stumbled upon this without listening to that episode, you’ll want to go back and grab that one before hearing this one so that you get a little but more context of what we have been talking about. Enjoy!

We talked about how to protect yourself when entering a space where there is negative energy (including spirits), synchronicities (there are no coincidences) and how this trip changed her perspective on many things. She reminded us to always be open to being pleasantly surprised.

Content Warning:

This episode is 99% light-hearted, uplifting messages. But we discuss the Viet Nam war, especially the monk’s protest which is a bit disturbing, so skip ahead when we get there if you don’t want to know about it. We don’t go too in-depth. We didn’t even swear too much in this one.

In this week’s spring break episode we are discussing The Dead Files “Killed by the Klan” (Season 1 Episode 7) which aired November 11, 2011. We pondered if the Klan dare eat spaghetti or lasagna in their white robes, which led to the creation of our new favorite pasta, Spagania. We also talked about kitchen reiki, voodoo curses, and there were more impersonations of Steve.

Remember, we’re not experts, we just act like we are.

This is the first installment in our Spring Break Series, Ghosts Gone Wild.

This week we are discussing The Dead Files “The Deadly Picture Show” (Season 13 Episode 12) which aired October 2, 2021.

We also talked about cults, twiddling knobs, wing walkers, inanimate objects with human faces, and Amy L did a spot on impersonation of Steve. We also talked about cooking mishaps. Yeah, we goofed off a lot.

NOTE: This is the NO FLUFF version, which actually still has a ton of Fluff. But I did cut out 17 minutes of us yammering about stuff before we even said “hello”. If you want the whole thing, come over to Patreon and join us for the behind the scenes stuff.

Content Warning:

This is a general content warning, many of the episodes of the TV show talk about murders, some even involving children. So that may come up in our conversation as well. So please proceed with that in mind. But if you already watch The Dead Files you’ll be prepared.

This week we met up with Kayli who is the client from The Dead Files episode called “Darkness Rises” (Season 11 Episode 1) which aired July 9, 2019.

Join us while we learn more about what it was like to have The Dead Files in your home. Kayli has some fun (and some maddening) behind-the-scenes stories, such as Amy telling her there is something lurking in her neighborhood, and when one of the producers learned he wasn’t alone in the closet during the shoot. She also answers a question many of you have asked about Amy on her walks.

She fills us in a bit on how the “Tiny Supernova” is doing too.

Note: this is also the TDF episode that we covered in our Season Premiere, episode 93. So, if you want to go listen to that first, that might be helpful. Then join us in the basement for a concert with the dead.

Content Warning:

This is a general content warning, many of the episodes of the TV show talk about murders, some even involving children. So that may come up in our conversation as well. So please proceed with that in mind. But if you already watch The Dead Files you’ll be prepared.
