Brandon is the Black Swan’s president and thought leader and his mission is to teach clients how to identify the three main types of negotiators and develop a methodology for dealing with them in the most successful way possible.
Brandon has been instrumental in adapting the FBI’s hostage negotiation techniques to the business world as well as serving as a guest lecturer at places such as the USC and Georgetown school of business. Brandon also helped co-write the best selling book “Never Split the Difference.”
