In this week's mini-episode, I am going to talk about a subject that I have had to manage and deal with personally, fault-finding and criticism.
This is something that would overwhelm me in my dating life and relationships in the past and cause me to leave women because I couldn't get over small faults, and I didn't communicate them.
So in this episode, I talk to you about I work with men and how I worked on myself to stop and tune out o the fault finding.

Are you struggling with anxiety or OCD?
Are you battling intrusive or suicidal thoughts?
Shaun Flores is a creative who knows no boundaries, a professional agitator who dares to be an enigma in an extraordinary world, and an influencer aiming to have the right influence on the world. He speaks on mental health, well-being, politics and society. Shaun is now seeking to qualify as a life coach to help guide others on their path in life.

His diagnosis has encouraged him to widen the conversation about mental health, From locking himself away for days terrified, suffering from panic attacks, being depressed, unable to eat or shower convinced he would hurt himself and others, a therapist saved his life and has been in recovery since. From survivor to thriver with OCD he has reclaimed his life and become an I am an advocate/ activist for those with OCD.
Shaun has curated and delivered two TEDx Talks, TEDx 2022& TEDx 2018. In 2018 he gave a TEDx Talk about the education system and how we can do more to ensure no one is left behind. His second TEDx talk was on "the straitjacket of masculinity and male mental health" in 2022. A third TEDx Talk remains in his periphery to help raise awareness of OCD and raise funds for OCD research, which remains severely underfunded and under-researched.
