This week I speak with Graham Tuttle, also known as 'The Barefoot Sprinter'. He shares the story of how he came to do the work he does today, we talk about coaching, athleticism and the benefits of barefoot, we share our definitions of health and go off on a few relevant and juicy tangents.

We also talk about the notion of feeling unqualified when doing something for the first time and the full circle journey of exploring complexity to gain knowledge, only to return to the simple after carving out wisdom and truth through experience.
