Taking you back to 11/28/2017 - This week we feature our pal Doug Scheiding from Rogue Cookers and the longest running EC from Texas…this week we hear Dough completely eviscerate the 2017 version of the WFC. This segment was done on the Embedded Correspondents segment…from length of time to wait to hear awards to feeling like the BBQ event was treated as a second class citizen, to rules not being clearly written, to people and teams not getting checks on time…Doug really…GAVE IT…to that version of the WFC…so much so…as to say he would never be going back to this event again…EVER!
The best part of the segment is the former Tennessee EC, Steve Ray,  telling Doug that DOUG was the only one who didn’t seem to know the rules…so classic!
