The Big Half Marathon in London is taking place this weekend and we have 22 Hub members running it. For some of the runners it's a target race and other it's used as a training or tune up race in the build up to future target or goals. This week we talk through the importance of build up races in your plan and how you can get the most from them to maximise the performance gains for your A Race.
We also chat through the end of the World Championships, our training as we are in the peak of marathon season and what's going on within the Community.
