Body love is often touted as something that we should all do, despite years of conditioning and being told that our bodies are unlovable unless they meet societal standards of perfection. It can be a HUGE jump from loathing to loving a body you don't even accept. Practicing acceptance can give you access to body appreciation which is a much easier choice than body love.
In this episode, I talk about why I don't advocate for body love, but instead, for body acceptance as a way to step into your confidence and live life how you want, not how you "should".
