What would happen if we stopped hating the season of life that we are currently in, even if that season was being single?

Empathy is a God-given gift to be able to connect emotionally with one another, but like all of God's gifts, this one can be tainted by original sin too! If you ever have a fight with reality, you lose, but only 100% of the time.

You also cause yourself unnecessary stress, anxiety, and pain, and who wants more of that! The good news is that our minds were made to experience reality, and when we can follow some simple steps to better understand the things taking place outside of us, we can become better stewards of the thoughts and emotions inside of us.
