Finally, practice self-compassion. You wouldn’t tear down a friend for making a mistake, so why do it to yourself? Build yourself up with the same kindness you’d offer someone you love.

Confidence isn’t about arrogance—it’s about trust in yourself. It’s about knowing you’re enough, just as you are, while also striving to be your best. The more you practice these habits, the stronger your self-belief will grow.
